Specializing in aiding individuals through life transitions, grief, relational strife, trauma, addiction, psychedelic integration, and emotional distress, I employ an integrative approach that honors each person's unique journey.

Complementing my background in Holistic Nutrition from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, I've delved deeply into Trauma-Informed Yoga, earning certification in the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM) and becoming a registered yoga teacher. Further enriching my practice, I've pursued Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) training and EMDR Therapy certification, alongside recent training in the Internal Family Systems model through IFSCA in Canada.  

My passion lies in melding somatic therapies like breathwork, movement, and meditation with traditional psychotherapeutic techniques. I offer evidence-based interventions including Internal Family Systems, Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing, and Salutogenic Asset Focused Narrative Exposure Therapy, empowering clients to heal traumatic imprints and step into a life of purpose and freedom. 

With more than 15 years of experience as a Clinical Trauma Professional, I've developed a profound understanding of trauma's far-reaching effects on the psyche, body, and spirit.  Healing entails a voyage of self-commitment, curiosity, compassion and connection.
