I believe that every challenge in life is an opportunity for self-transformation and growth. Living from this mindset is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves and those we love. Whether it’s your first time reaching out for support or you have made many attempts in the past, I am here to offer an authentic relationship and safe space to explore barriers to emotional wellness. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, grief, relationship discord, trauma, addiction and other emotional discomforts. I use a holistic approach in my practice and focus on the uniqueness of each individual.
In addition to my study of Holistic Nutrition through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, I also hold a certificate in The Trauma -Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM). I prefer working with clients who are open to incorporating body-based alternative therapies such as breath, movement and meditation with more traditional therapies including cognitive behavioral and person-centered techniques. I refer to this as counseling from the ground up.
My training as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) has afforded me a deep understanding of the powerful alignment between mind-body connection and healing wounds of trauma. The ability to reflect with curiosity, know yourself and create space before reacting automatically will begin the path to healing. I am passionate about intentional, deliberate living and incorporate these practices into my own work so I can better serve others. I invite you to embrace the possibility of transformation.
Together we can water your roots so your soul can rise!
