I believe that every challenge in life is an opportunity for self-transformation and growth. Living from this mindset is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves and those we love. Whether it’s your first time reaching out for support or you have made many attempts in the past, I am here to offer an authentic relationship and safe space to explore barriers to emotional wellness. I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions, grief, relationship discord, trauma, addiction and other emotional discomforts. I use a holistic approach in my practice and focus on the uniqueness of each individual.
In addition to my study of Holistic Nutrition through the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, I also studied Trauma Informed Yoga at the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Institute and received a certification in the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method (TCYM). I have since dedicated much of my life to expanding on these practices. I enjoy working with clients who are open to incorporating somatic therapies such as breath, movement and meditation with more traditional therapies including cognitive behavior and person-centered techniques. I enjoy working with clients who are open to incorporating somatic therapies such as breath, movement and meditation with more traditional psychotherapy techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology.
My training as a Clinical Trauma Professional and over a decade of experience working with trauma survivors has afforded me a rich understanding of the powerful impact of trauma on the mind, body and soul. Healing is a journey that begins with a commitment to yourself. I invite you to embrace the possibility of transformation today. You are worth it.
Together we can water your roots so your soul can rise!
